摘要
从实践性教学的角度看,职业能力培养可以有四条途径,即构建以能力为本位的实践教学目标培养体系、以职业能力为核心的实践教学质量保障体系、以服务为宗旨的"双师型"实践性教学团队、以就业为导向的学生可持续性发展的教学模式。
In view of practical teaching, there are four approaches to cultivating occupational capability: constructing a cultivation system for practical teaching based on occupational capability,a quality assurance system centered by occupational capability,a teaching team of "double-qualified teachers" to serve students, and a teaching pattern for students" sustainable development to promote their employment.
