摘要 用开环聚合法合成了不同LA/GA比例的具有温度敏感性的三嵌段聚合物PLGA-PEG-PLGA。用1HNMR及凝胶渗透色谱对结构、分子量和多分散性进行表征。结果表明所得PLGA-PEG-PLGA结构单一稳定,在人体生理温度范围内可以发生溶液-凝胶相转变。难溶性药物醋酸环丙孕酮和尼莫地平在LA/GA为5:1的三嵌段共聚物水溶液中的最大溶解度是水中的669和512倍。 The synthesis of triblock thermosensitive PLGA-PEG-PLGA with different molar ratios of LA and GA was prepared using ring-open method. The structures, molecule weights and polydispersion of targets were characterized by 1H NMR and gel permeation chromatograph. The results showed that the targets can occur solution-gel phase transition in human body temperature range. The solubility of poorly soluble drugs, such as cyproterone acetate and nimodipine in aqueous solution of copolymer with LA/GA of 5 : 1 increased about 669- and 512-fold over those in water.
