摘要
建立了HPLC法测定沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂中的沙美特罗和丙酸氟替卡松。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05mol/L乙酸铵溶液(68︰32)为流动相,检测波长228nm。沙美特罗和丙酸氟替卡松分别在0.14~27.4μg/ml和0.3~60μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好;回收率为101.3%和101.5%。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate in salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate (68 : 32)at detection wavelength of 228 nm. The calibration curves for salmeterol and fluticasone propionate were linear in the concentration ranges of 0.14-27.4μg/ml and 0.3-60 μg/ml. The recoveries were 101.3 % and 101.5 %.
