康复新液治疗疣状胃炎的疗效观察

Therapeutical effection of Kang-fuxin solution to verrucosa gastritis

目的:观察康复新液治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将487例经胃镜及病理确诊为疣状胃炎并辩证为胃阴虚证型的患者,随机分为治疗组254例及对照组233例,分别给与治疗组口服康复新液10ml每日3次。对照组口服硫糖铝片1.0g每日4次,治疗三个月,每周追踪观察一次。3个月后复查胃镜。结果:治疗组治愈率为75.89%,总有效率100%;对照组治愈率18.88%,总有效率75.10%。治疗组中除1例患者出现头痛停药后头痛消失外,其他患者均无不良反应出现。结论:康复新液治疗胃阴虚证型的疣状胃炎安全有效。

Objectives：To observe the therapeutical effection of Kang-fuxin solution to verrucosa gastritis.Methods：487 patients who were confirmed of verrucosa gastritis by gastroscopy and pathologic examination and of gastric yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,therapeutic group（254 cases）and control group（233 cases）.Patients in therapeutic group were administrated with Kangfuxin Liquid 10 ml oraly three times a day,control group were treated with Sucralfate 1.0g oraly four times a day.The effections were traced once a week. Re- examinations of Gastroscopy were made after three months therapy. Results： The healing rate in patients of therapeutic group was 75.89%, and the total effective rate was 100% ; the healing rate in patients of control group was 18.88%, and the total effective rate was 75.10%. No adverse effect was found in all patients except one had a headache and then felt well after drug withdrawal. Conclusion： Treatment of verrucosa gastritis witch of gastric yin deficiency with Kang- fuxin solution is safe and effective.
