动态针刺结合中药治疗颈性眩晕疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Combining Needling and Chinese Medicine to Treat Cervical Vertigo in Dynamic State

目的:观察动态针刺结合自拟中药晕停饮治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:对近2年颈性眩晕患者进行回顾性总结,随机抽取针药组124,西药组92例,进行疗效分析,观察患者眩晕症状改善情况,进行评估。结果:针药组临床愈显率80.6%,总有效率95.2%,西药组临床愈显率52.2%,总有效率82.6%,针药组优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:动态针刺结合自拟晕停饮治疗颈性眩晕具有"标"、"本"兼治的效果,其见效快、疗效好、痛苦小、费用低等优点,值得推广。

Objectives：To observe the dynamic effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese Medicine YunTing Qecoction to treat cervical vertigo.Methods：2 year cervical vertigo patients retrospectively,randomly selected group of 124 injections,92 cases of WM group,the efficacy of analysis,observation of patients with symptoms of vertigo to improve the situation,for evaluating.Results：Clinical Acupuncture had 80.6% markedly effective rate.The total effective rate was 95.2%,markedly effective rate of western medicine, the needhng is superior to western group medicine group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions： The effect of acupuncture combined with cervical vertigo is good, its efficiency, efficacy, and tile sufferis small, low cost, it is worth promoting.
