摘要
四冲程发动机凸轮轴两轴头与气缸盖两轴孔的结构型式依不同车型而有所差异,维修方法也不同。总体上有三种维修:轴承转动机构、轴段与轴套转动机构和轴段与气缸盖孔转动机构的维修。由于三阳HBI125凸轮轴大端和气缸盖大端轴孔的特殊性,使维修较为复杂,需将“特殊的结构”改为“轴承转动机构”。这种改造方法节约成本并使日后的维修更为容易。
The structure of the shaft noses and the shaft holes is different with various types of motorcycles, and different in maintenance as well. In general, there are three types of maintenance,i. e. maintenance of bearing rotary mechanism,maintenance of shaft nose part & shaft sleeve rotary mechanism and maintenance of shaft nose part & cylinder head hole rotary mechanism. The special camshaft big end and the cylinder head big end hole lead to complicated maintenance. The better way out is to change the 'special structure' into 'bearing rotary mechanism' which makes a contribution to cost reduction and easier maintenance.
