摘要
通过对格型钢板桩、双排钢板桩和聚丙烯编织布充砂管袋斜坡式3种围堰结构形式的比选,认为中远船务启东海工基地坞口围堰应采用聚丙烯编织布充砂管袋斜坡式围堰结构形式。该结构形式的最大优点是对软土地基产生的变形和沉降适应性强,就地取材,施工设备简单,拆除方便,工期短,投资省。设计采用通长加筋充砂管袋,水下筑堤与加筋相结合,确保围堰结构断面在软土地基上的整体稳定。
Through comparison of the structure of the lattice steel pile, the double row of sheet-pile, and the polypropylene woven bag filled with sand, the appropriate type of polypropylene woven bag filled with sand was adopted for the deck-gate cofferdam of the Coseo Qidong marine base. The most important advantages of this structure are its adaptability to defomation and settlement on the soft ground, its use of local materials and simple construction equipment, its convenience for installation and disassembly, its short construction time, and its low cost. The design adopts longer reinforced-filling sand bags combed with a stiffened underwater embankment which ensures the overall stability of the cofferdam structure section.
