合并糖尿病乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死处理方法的探讨

Method of handle the combine diabetes mellitus patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy skin flap necrosis

目的探讨合并糖尿病乳腺癌患者改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的处理方法。方法本组共54例,35例为2003年1月至2005年12月收治,设为对照组,采用传统改良根治术;19例为2006年1月至2007年5月收治,设为研究组,采用改进方法。、结果研究组皮瓣坏死率为10.5%,对照组皮瓣坏死率为45.7%,研究组皮瓣坏死率明显低于对照组。结论 采用改进方法后,合并糖尿病的乳腺癌患者皮瓣坏死率明显下降。

Objective To investigate the means that handle the combine diabetes mellitus patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy skin flap necrosis. Methods A total of 54 patients in this group, 35 cases were from January 2003 to December 2005 treated patients, as control group, using traditional modified radical mastectomy; 19 cases from January 2006 to May 2007 treated patients, as study group, began to use improved methods. Results Study group flap necrosis rate was 10.5% , in control group flap necrosis rate was 45.7%, the two groups statistically difference were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The improved method, the breast cancer patients with diabetes mellitus flap necrosis rate decreased significantly.
