高等医学院校校长专家化与职业化的比较研究

The Comparative Study of Expertization and Professonalization of Higher Medical College Principles

高校校长"专家化"被大众普遍认同的过程中产生了校长"职业化"之说。我国医学教育界究竟是"专家化"还是"职业化"更能适应高等教育的发展,对二者的优劣进行比较分析,通过借鉴国外先进经验,对我国高等医学院校校长的"职业化"之路提出了新的意见。

The expertization of higher education principals has been accepted by the public. Meanwhile, the idea of the professionalization of principals is brought out in the process. In medical education field, ＂which idea is more proper still deserves discussion. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two points by consulting the advanced ex- ternal experiences and puts forward new advices on the vocationzaition of internal medical college principles.
