摘要 干细胞是一类具有自我更新能力并可向多种细胞、组织类型分化的细胞。Bmil基因在维持干细胞的自我更新能力中起关键的作用。干细胞与很多肿瘤的发生有关。增强干细胞的自我更新能力可以改变干细胞的生物特性,进一步导致肿瘤的发生。 Stem cells are characterized by the ability to renew themselves and differentiate into a diverse range of specialized cell types. Bmil gene has been determined to play critical roles in the self-renewal of stem cells. Many of the tumor originated in stem cells. Enhanced self- renewal capability in stem/progenitor cells changes its biological characteristic and drives tumor initiation.
