摘要
根据机车口字形焊接构架疲劳强度试验、无损检查及16Mn和14MnNb钢机械性能和强度试验,对用16Mn钢制造的轻型焊接构架的疲劳强度和结构设计的合理性进行了分析,并提出了提高焊接构架疲劳强度的措施和改进建议。
According to the fatigue strength test and nondestructive test of the welded rectangle bogie frame for locomotives,as well as mechanical properties of 16Mn and 14MnNb,the fatigue strength of the lightened and welded bogie made of 16Mn steel and the reasonableness of the structure design are analyzed,and some measures are proposed in order to improve fatigue strength of the welded structure.
