胰岛移植的新疗效——防止和逆转糖尿病的血管病变
摘要
现今，糖尿病已成为世界上发病率最高、对人类健康威胁最为严重的疾病之一。糖尿病患者由于产生胰岛素障碍或胰岛素不能完全发挥生理作用而引起糖代谢紊乱，导致一系列血管病变及其并发症，如动脉粥样硬化、肢体缺血坏死、视网膜病变和肾功能衰竭。虽然采用胰岛素治疗在一定程度上能够纠正患者的糖代谢紊乱，
