注塑工艺参数对双色注射成型影响分析 被引量:7

Influence Analysis of Injection Process Parameters on Sequential Overmolding Injection

摘要 以双色印章外盖为例,运用Moldflow/MPI软件进行分析,采用正交试验分析方法,得到各工艺参数对该双色件的影响规律。试验结果表明,对体积收缩率而言熔体温度大于保压压力、注射速度大于模具温度;对缩痕指数而言从大到小为保压压力、熔体温度、注射速度、模具温度。最后,优化双色注塑工艺参数,使体积收缩率及缩痕指数最小。 Taking a seal ware for analyzing, adopting on the sequential overmoldin is greater than hold pressure metric shrinkage, hold press sequential overmoldin orthogonal design the g part were obtained. and injection velocity ure is greater than m g shell for example with Moldflow softinfluence regularity of process parameters Test results show that melt temperature is greater than mold temperature for voluelt temperature, melt temperature is greater than injection velocity,injection velocity is greater than mold temperature for sink index. Finally, the optimized process parameters are obtained, volumetric shrinkage is minimized.
