2009年8月25～28日。我校与ICST学会 （The Institute for Computer Sciences, Social-- lnformatics and Telecommunications Engineering）、西安交通大学合办，综合业务网理论与关键技术国家重点实验室具体承办的“2009 Forth Internal Conference on Communications and Networking in China（ChinaCom＇09） ”在西安成功举办。
