Study of Alcohol Biosensor Based on Screen-Printed Carbon Electrodes Modified by Gold Nanoparticles

摘要 在丝网印刷电极上利用吸附法固定乙醇脱氢酶,并用纳米金进行修饰,以铁氰化钾为介体制作了用于酒精检测的一次性乙醇脱氢酶电极试纸。纳米金颗粒修饰酶电极,极大地改善了电极电流响应,提高了传感器的灵敏度。此乙醇传感器的响应时间仅为25s,灵敏度为0.06μA(mmol/L)-1,线性浓度测量范围为1.0mmol/L至10mmol/L。 A disposable alcohol dehydrogenase biosensor for detection of ethanol has been developed. It is prepared by immobilizing alcohol dehydrogenase on the surface of screen-printed carbon electrode modified by gold nanoparticles,while potassium ferricyanide is employed as electron transfer mediator. The comparative experimental results show that the gold nanoparticles modification speeds up the electrode reaction and improves the sensitivities of the sensors. The alcohol biosensors' response time is only about 25 s, and the sensitivity of the sensors is 0.06μA (mmol/L)^-1 ,while the measurable linear concentration range is 1.0 mmol/L to 10 mmol/L.
