摘要
为了比较治疗环状混合痔V形外剥内扎术中保留皮桥（对照组）与不保留皮桥术式（治疗组）的疗效，将289例环状混合痔分成两组，治疗组173例，对照组116例。结果显示，两组均临床治愈。治疗组术后创面愈合平整，肛门功能良好，无黏膜外翻及肛门狭窄等后遗症，总疗效优于对照组。治疗组所用术式不保留皮桥，操作简单，疗效确切，治疗环状混合痔疗效满意。
In order to compare the curative effects of V shape external dissection ＆ internal ligation procedures with or withoul skin bridge circumferential mixed hemorrhoids authors performed above procedures in controlled group（n =116） and in treatment group（n =173） respectively. As results,all the patients were cured,but in treatment group wound healing was smooth postoperativelly, their function was better,and no sequela such as ectropion of mucosa,anus stenosis were found,in the whole effects was superior to controlled group;due to without skin bridge the manipulation is simpler, and has certain curative effect,therefor its curative effect is satisfactory.
