杜氏分段钳夹内注外剥术治疗环状混合痔疗效观察

Dus Segmental Clamp Internal Injection ＆ External Dissection in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为了探讨杜氏分段钳夹内注外剥术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，以解决环状混合痔术后疼痛、出血、创口延迟愈合和影响肛门功能等问题。采用杜氏分段钳夹内注外剥术治疗的1800例环状混合痔患者作为观察组，采用传统的内注外剥术治疗的1800例环状混合痔患者作为对照组；对两组术后创口疼痛、出血、创口愈合时间、肛门皮赘存留及复发情况进行比较分析。结果表明，观察组在愈合时间、小后疼痛发生率、出血发生率、皮赘存留率等方面优于对照组。

In order to investigate the curative effect of Du＇s segmental clamp internal injection ＆ external dissection for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and resolve postoperative pain, bleeding,delayed wound healing anti related anal function,etc,autbors look 1800 patients who were subjected to above Du＇s procedure as observation group,another 1 800 patients who to traditional internal injection ＆ external dissection as controlled group,then compared postoperative pain, hleeding, wound healing time, anal skin tag and recurrence status of both groups. Results show thai in healing time, incidences of postoperative pain and bleeding,rate with or without skin tag ,and so on,observation group is all superior to controlled group.
