电脑射频痔疮治疗机治疗痔75例临床观察

Computerized Radiofrequency Therapeutic Apparatus for Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of 75 Patients： Clinical Observation

为了观察SLT-C电脑射频痔疮治疗机治疗痔的临床疗效，将145例痔病患者随机分为两组，治疗组75例采用SLT—C电脑射频痔疮治疗机治疗，治愈率97．3％，总有效率100%；对照组70例采用传统内痔结扎术、外痔切除术、混合痔外剥内扎术治疗，治愈率94．3％，总有效率97．4%，治疗组有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果显示，SLT—C电脑射频痔疮治疗机治疗痔疗效肯定，且安全可行。

In order to observe the clinical effect of STC-C computerized radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus for hemorrhoid author divided 145 cases of hemorrhoids into two groups.treatment group（ n = 75） and controlled group（ n = 70）. As results, treatment group received the apparatus therapy, curative rate was 97.3%, total effective rate was 100%;while controlled group received tradilional ligation for internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids excision, external dissection ＆ internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids, curative rate was 94.3% ,total effective rate was 97.4% ;treatment group was all higher than controlled group （ P 〈0.05）. These results show that this apparatus is of certain therapeutic effect,and safe,feasible.
