摘要
为了比较原木花菇和袋栽花菇的香菇多糖含量、抗氧化能力和抑菌能力的差异,从原木花菇和袋栽花菇的子实体中提取香菇多糖,并对其含量、清除活性氧及抑菌能力进行分析。结果表明:原木花菇的香菇多糖含量高于袋栽花菇;提取的香菇多糖在体外均具有较强的活性氧和NO2-的清除能力,且原木花菇的香菇多糖抗氧化能力和抑菌能力也均优于袋栽花菇。
In or der to compare the difference of lentinan content, antioxidative ability and antimicrobial effect between wood planting flower-mushroom and bag planting flower-mushroom, the lentinan was extracted from fruit- bodies of wood planting flower-mushroom and bag planting flower-mushroom separately, and the content, the antioxidative ability and antimicrobial effect of lentinan were analyzed. The results showed that the content of the lentinan extracted from wood planting flower-mushroom was higher than that extracted from bag planting flower- mushroom; these two kinds of lentinan all had a strong ability to eliminate active oxygen and NOr, but the antioxidative ability and antimicrobial effect of lentinan extracted from wood planting flower-mushroom were all better than that extracted from bag planting flower-mushroom.
