对湖南饲料产业发展现状进行了初步统计和分析。运用"钻石模型"理论,对影响湖南饲料产业发展的关键因素进行了深入的研究,提出应积极培育专业性和高级生产要素、努力拓展国内市场需求空间、提升相关及支撑产业的竞争力、扩大企业规模,提高市场竞争力和加强政府对饲料产业的领导与支持工作等战略措施,以促进湖南饲料产业快速发展。

After preliminary statistics and analyzing to the current status of Hunan feed industrial development, a further research that on the key factors of Hunan feed industrial development was conducted by diamond model. Then, some strategies, which can promote the development of Hunan feed industry, were proposed as follows： positively cultivating professional and advanced production factors, striving to expand the domestic market, enhancing competitiveness of related and supporting industries, expanding the scale of business, increasing market competitiveness and strengthening the leadership and support of government on feed industry, etc.
