摘要
提出了一种基于聚焦超声换能器测量组织光学参数的光声扫描系统。该系统通过换能器沿入射光轴向的扫描来探测各向同性样品中沿轴向不同位置上的光声信号,并利用组织光学漫射理论对获得的实验数据进行拟合,获得了样品的光学散射系数与吸收系数。该实验说明了光声技术作为一种非侵入、实时的技术能够应用于组织的光学参数测定。
A new method for measurement of tissues parameters with focal ultrasound transducer is presented. The photoacoustic signal distribution of different depth position in homogeneous samples is obtained by the focal ultrasound transducer scanning along the axial direction. The optical scattering and absorption coefficient is obtained through fitting the experimental data that depend on the light diffusion theory. It is shown that the photoacoustic technology is applicable to measure the optical tissues parameters as a non-invasive, real-time technique.
