耳穴贴压法治疗原发性高血压临床观察

Clinical Observation of Auricular-plaster with Cowherb Seeds on Essential Hypertension

目的:观察耳穴贴压王不留行籽治疗原发性高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:将确诊的该病患者120例随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例,治疗组用王不留行籽进行耳穴贴压治疗,对照组服用硝苯地平控释片治疗(30mg/d),疗程21d。结果:两组血压控制有效率无显著差异(P>0.05);两组各症状积分治疗前后比较均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组降低更明显,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压与口服硝苯地平控释片治疗EH,均可有效控制血压在正常范围;治疗组与对照组均能显著改善患者临床症状,王不留行籽耳穴贴压疗效更好。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of auricular-plaster with cowherb seeds on essential hypertension （EH）. Method：120 patients diagnosed of the disease of EH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. The cases in treatment group were treated by auricular point sticking therapy with eowherb seeds, and the ones in control group were treated by nifedipine （30 mg / d）. The treatment course included 21d. Result：There was no significant difference between the two groups on effective rate of blood pressure control （P 〉 0.05 ）. But there was significant difference between the two groups on symptom scores, which of after treatment was significantly more lower than that of before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and treatment group reduced more obviously than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Auricular-plaster therapy and nifedipine orally taken could be effective on controlling blood pressure in the normal range. Treatment group and control group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, but auricular-plaster with cowherb seeds is better and more effective.
