摘要
为评估制动器摩擦性能和工作可靠性,采用灰色系统理论分别建立了摩擦衬片磨损量预测的灰色GM(1,1)模型及等维灰色GM(1,1)模型(包括等维灰数递补GM(1,1)模型和等维新息GM(1,1)模型)。计算结果表明,灰色预测模型的计算值与实际测定值之间非常接近,而等维灰色预测模型较单一GM(1,1)模型在多步预测时具有较高的精度;等维新息GM(1,1)模型较等维灰数递补GM(1,1)模型具有更高的预测精度,其具有动态性,可对摩擦制动器的工作状态实施在线实时监控。
In order to evaluate the performances of friction and reliability of brake, the grey system theory was put forward to research the tendency of abrasion of braking friction disk. The grey forecast model and grey equidimensional model ( including the grey equidimensional model of filling vacancies in the proper order and the grey equidimensional model of adding new information) were established. The results show that the calculation value of grey model is very elose to the measured data, and the grey equidimensional model is more precise than single model in multiple forecasting. The grey equidimensional model of adding new information is dynamic and has a higher precision than the grey equidimensional model of filling vacancies in the proper order. The method can be used to on line monitor the performances of braking friction disk.
