摘要 提出了纳米氧化镁吸附富集铜、镍和锌,稀乙酸作洗脱剂洗脱,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水样中痕量铜、镍和锌的方法。在优化的试验条件下,纳米氧化镁对铜、镍、锌的吸附容量分别为8.4,9.6,8.7 mg·g^(-1);铜、镍、锌的检出限(3σ)分别为5.4,7.3,4.1 μg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差(n=10)依次为3.5%,4.8 9/6,4.4%。方法用于水样中铜、镍和锌含量的测定,回收率在96%~103%之间。 Trace amounts of Cu, Ni and Zn in water sample were absorbed and enriched on the surface of MgO nanoparticle, and desorbed from the nanoparticle by eluting with dil. HOAc (2+98). The solution obtained was used for FAAS analysis. Under the optimum conditions, the absorption capacity of MgO nanoparticle toward Cu, Ni and Zn was found to be 8. 4, 9. 6, 8. 7 mg · g-1. The values of detection limits (3σ) of this method for Cu, NiandZnwere 5.4, 7. 3, 4. 1 μg · L-1, and RSD's (n=10) were 3. 5%, 4. 8%, 4. 4%, respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of Cu, Ni and Zn in water samples, giving the values of recovery in the range of 96%--103%.
