电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定天山堇菜中的微量元素 被引量:1

ICP-AES Determination of Trace Elements in Violet Grown in Tianshan

摘要 采用湿法硝酸-双氧水进行样品消解,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定天山堇菜试样中多种微量元素硼、铜、钾、镁、锰、硒、锌、铬、铁和钒等微量元素。方法的检出限(3s)均小于0.015 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率在95.4%~106.4%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于2.7%。 The sample of violet grown in Tianshan, was treated with a mixed solution of HNO3 and H2O2 by wet digestion method, and the contents of trace elements, including B, Cu, K, Mg, Mn, Se, Zn, Cr, Fe and V in the sample solution, were determined by ICP-AES. The detection limits (3s) of the method were less than 0. 015 mg · L-1. The values of recovery of trace elements found by standard addition method were ranged from 95.4% to 106.4%, with RSD's (n=6) of 2. 7%.
