摘要
对一种应用于某空间项目上的蜗轮蜗杆装置进行了空间环境适应性分析。研究以效率作为评价蜗轮蜗杆装置空间环境适应性的一个综合指标,通过试验,总结出负载、工作温度和速度等因素影响传动性能的一般规律。试验结果表明:虽然采用专用低温脂润滑在低温下没有出现润滑失效的问题,但低的工作温度会降低蜗轮蜗杆的传动效率,低温状态是一种最恶劣的工作状况。此外证明了采用MoS2固体润滑是不可行的。
The adaptability of space condition about a kind of worm gearing used in spaceflight was analyzed. With the efficiency as the general target, the experiments were made in different condition, such as load, temperature and speed. From the experimental curves, the influence on the capability of drive was got. There was no failure of lubrication in low temperature by using special lubricant, but the efficiency of the worm gearing system was very low in low temperature, low temperature is the worst status. The solid lubrication of MoS2 was proved disabled.
