摘要
通过正交实验研究了采用球头铣刀高速铣削铸铝半圆弧内表面时表面粗糙度的影响因素及变化规律,分析了影响半圆弧加工表面质量的各种因素的主次关系。实验结果表明:高速铣削半圆弧内表面时,不同弧段的已加工表面粗糙度不同,切削行距和切削速度对已加工表面粗糙度影响最大,而被加工工件的圆弧半径对已加工表面粗糙度没有太大影响。
The rule of the surface roughness of hemi-cylinder inner surface by high-speed milling with ball point tools was studied through orthogonal experiments, the primary and secondary factors that influence hemi-cylinder surface quality were analyzed. The resuits show that the roughness of machined surface is influenced greatly by row space and cutting speed, and is influenced slightly by the radius of work-piece while high-speed milling inner surface of the hemi-cylinder.
