摘要
分析了直线接触蜗杆实现精密传动的传动副结构特点和制造工艺特点,介绍了蜗轮蜗杆传动的理论计算和结构设计原理与方法。论述了直线接触蜗杆传动副的结构组成、正确传动的安装条件、蜗杆几何参数的确定及其设计计算方法、加工方法。
The characteristics of the structure and manufacturing process of the transmission pairs of worm drive with straight line contact that can achieve precise transmission were analyzed. The theoretical arithmetic and architecture design of the worm drive were introduced. The compositions, correct installing conditions, parameters to be designed and determined and method for processing the worm drive with straight line contact were discussed.
