摘要
为了克服MRPII的不足,在管理系统中引入了约束理论,系统的功能得到了增强,其关键之处是生产瓶颈的识别与突破。经过对某轴承制造企业的生产流程分析,认为轴承外圈的生产是瓶颈工序,经过设立缓冲区、改进生产后,提高了轴承外圈的生产能力,使生产和销售得以顺利进行。
To overcome the lack of Manufacturing Resource Planning Ⅱ ( MRP Ⅱ), theory of constraint (TOC) was introduced into management system. The function of system was enhanced. The key is identification and breakthrough of bottleneck. The producing flow of bearing manufacture enterprise was analyzed. Its bottleneck is the working procedure of outer-ring. After setting up buffer and improving produce technology, the output of outer-ring increases.
