摘要
应用锤击法对立式数控铣床进行了试验模态分析,研究了该立式数控铣床的动态特性,获得该立式数控铣床低频段的固有频率、阻尼比和振型。通过对整机各阶模态振型的分析,找到了立式数控铣床结构的薄弱环节,并为进行结构优化设计提出了改进措施。
A modal analysis test was introduced, in which the force hammer was used to excite a vertical NC milling machine and piezoelectric acceleration transducer was used to response signals. Dynamic characteristics of the vertical NC milling machine were studied, and its lower order natural frequencies, damping ratio and mode were obtained. Through the mode analysis of this vertical NC milling machine, its weaker parts were pointed out, and the suggestion of improving the machine dynamic performance was put forward.
