摘要
对硬质合金材料微坑结构的超声加工进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,选用合适的加工时间和加工参数,对难加工材料的微坑结构进行超声加工,是一种有效的加工方法。该方法加工质量高,具有很高的加工效率,有广阔的发展前景。
Uhrasonic processing for the micro-pit of cemented carbide materials was studied by test. The resuh shows that, with the appropriate choice of processing time and processing parameters, ultrasonic processing is an effective method for micro-pit processing of difficulty processing materials, which has high processing quality and processing efficiency, and has broad prospects for development.
