摘要
介绍自行研究开发的HFUT-1型机电一体化实验教学平台。该平台采用了高度的教学开放式布局设计,可以根据实验教学的要求进行不同的组合,能够完成多项综合性实验。对平台总体方案以及微机数控车床机械系统的设计予以介绍,重点是进给系统和自动回转刀架。单片机控制系统采用功能型模块化设计方案,配置灵活,适应面广。平台自2006年以来应用情况良好。
The HFUT-1 mechatronical experiment platform which adopted a totally opened layout design for teaching was introduced. Many all-around mechatronieal experiments can be accomplished on it by various combinations, according to the requirements of experimental teaching. The blueprint of the entire system and the mechanical system design of CNC lathe were introduced, especially on the feeding system and the automatically rotated turret. The control system of microcontroller adopts modular design, which makes the platform more flexible and suitable. The platform has been applied successfully since 2006.
