摘要
提出了一种新型的液压转向系统,此系统用于转向轮距较小的场合。利用SIMULINK和坐标法对液压转盘转向机构进行运动学仿真分析,得出液压缸各运动参数随时间及转盘转角的变化曲线;采用图解法对其作动力学分析,确定液压缸驱动力的控制算法及控制策略;最后运用LabVIEW程序设计液压缸动力控制界面。
A new type of hydraulic steering system used in the smaller track occasions was presented. Simulink and the coordinate method were used for kinematics analysis of hydraulic steering turntable, the relational curves of hydraulic cylinder motion parameters with time and turntable angle were got. The relationship of the hydraulic steering angle and driving force of hydraulic cylinder was analyzed by the graphic method, and the control strategy and control algorithm were achieved. The hydraulic cylinder control interface was designed by LabVIEW program.
