摘要 以电液伺服系统的液压源为研究对象,以风险减小三步法为依据,辨识了液压源的各种风险,阐明了以自动监测、显示和控制为主题的现代本质安全设计技术。研究表明:安全本质化和风险减小法是安全技术的核心和重点,安全技术的发展趋势是机械化、电气化、自动化和智能化。 Based on three steps of safety designation, the risks of hydraulic pressure source of the electro-hydraulic servo system were identified. The technology of modern intrinsic safety design using automatic monitor, display and control was introduced. The results show that the law of intrinsic safety and risk reduction is the key of the safety design. The tendency of safety design manifests in the mechanization, electrification, automation and intellectualization.
