摘要
设计了一个基于LabVIEW编程的主轴回转误差测试系统。该系统通过变频器控制主轴转速,由电涡流位移传感器得到主轴位移数据,通过LabVIEW编写最小二乘法程序来处理数据并给出误差评定结果。
A testing system of machine spindle rotary error was designed. In the testing system, spindle speed was controlled by converter, and the displacement data of spindle was measured by eddy current sensors, the error＇s evaluated result was obtained under the analysis of data by using least square circle method which was programmed based on LabVIEW.
