摘要
用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与聚乙二醇反应得到预聚物,并用长链烷醇封端反应,形成醚键结构的亲水链段以及烷烃结构的亲油链段组成的聚氨酯缔合增稠剂。研究了合成工艺的可行性,以及封端剂、亲水链段长度、分子量及外加表面活性剂等因素对增稠效果的影响。结果表明,封端剂链长的增加和亲水链段的减少均有利于体系增稠,十二烷醇封端的增稠剂分子量控制在8000左右增稠效果最好,而表面活性剂的加入不利于体系的增稠。
Synthesis a kind of Hydrophobe-modified Ethoxylated Urethane (HEUR) by preparing prepolymer with reaction of isophorone diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, which then end-capping with long-chain alkanol. Research the feasibility of the synthesis process, as well as influence of end-capping agent, hydrophilic chain length, molecular weight and additional surfactants on HEUR. The results showed that it works to thicken system by increase of end-chain length or decrease of hydrophilic chain. Of the thickener end-capped by dodecanol, it reaches the upmost thickening effect when the molecular weight is around 8000. And adding surfactant will have bad effect on thickening.
