摘要
采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对光温敏雄性不育小麦套袋自交结实率的遗传模型进行判别和遗传参数估计。结果表明:小麦光温敏雄性不育系BS366的自交结实率受2对主基因控制,主基因遗传率比较高,达到了63.66%~85.23%,不同组合和世代间具有一定差异;多基因遗传率0.49%~18.45%,说明小麦光温敏雄性不育性受主基因控制,环境因素影响相对较小,环境方差占总方差的14.29%~26.85%,因此在转育新不育系时可以对不育性进行早代选择。
In this study,a model of the mixed major gene plus poly-genes of quantitative traits was used to identify the optimum genetic model and estimate genetic parameters of fertility which scored based on fertility percentage of bagged self-fruitful rates. The results showed that the fertility of photo-thermoperiod sensitive male sterile line of wheat BS366 was controlled by two major genes which with significant interaction effects, but also by polygenes, heritability of two major genes is relatively high, with different combinations and generations has reached from 63.66% to 85.23%,heritability of polygenes is from 0.49 % to 18. 45 %, and environmental effect to fertility is relatively small, the variance of environment to the total variance vary from 14.29% to 26. 85%. The results suggest that the selection of sterile line will likely more efficiency at an earlier generation.
