摘要
采用共沉淀法,以草酸为沉淀剂制备了金刚石工具用Fe-Co预合金粉末,采用脉冲-红外法测定粉末的氧含量。研究了在相同的还原温度和时间下,原料杂质、残留阴离子、热分解工序等因素对氧含量的影响。结果表明:通过减少原料中Ti、Mn等杂质含量、充分洗涤沉淀物以去除SO42-离子和热分解工序等均可以有效地降低粉末的氧含量。
Pre-alloyed iron-cobalt powder used for diamond tools were prepared by co-precipitation method with oxalic acid as precipitator,and oxygen content was determined by the impulse heating-infrared absorption method. The effect of impurities of raw materials, residual anion,thermal decomposition process on oxygen content was studied. The results show, that the decrease of impurities in raw materials, such as Ti and Mn, full removal of sulphate, and effective thermal decomposition process could reduce oxygen content of pre-alloyed powder.
