摘要 对非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池的历史和现状进行了总结,指出了目前非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池存在的主要问题是转换效率低和严重的光致衰减效应,对解决这些问题的一些技术进行了探讨,认为非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池有很大的发展潜力,将与晶体硅和其他新兴太阳能电池三分天下。 The history and present situation of amorphous silicon thin film solar cells are summarized. The primal problems of low photo-electricity conversion efficiency and severe Stabler-Wronski effect of amorphous silicon thin film solar cells are indicated. And The related technology to resolve the two problems is discussed. It is thought that amorphous silicon thin film solar cells have great potential for development and will have the status of equal importance with crystalline silicon solar cells and other newly developing kind of solar cells.
