摘要
采用叶素理论建立了风电机组变桨距调节原理。设计了一套新型变距传动机构——电动变桨距传动机构。构建了基于Pro/E的三维实体模型,施以正弦运动律,其动态仿真结果验证了该变桨模型建立的有效性和准确性,进一步为风力机变桨距系统的优化设计奠定了基础。
On the basis of the blade elements theory,the principle of pitch angle control is built. A novel type of electric pitch-regulated transmission mechanism is designed. With the software Pro/E ,the three-dimension solid model of mechanism is constructed,and the accuracy of modeling is also proven by the output curves corresponding to sine input,which facilitating the further development on mechanism's optimized design.
