摘要
所设计的拨盘槽轮机构,应用于气流式粉针分装机上,解决了分装运动各部件之间要求有严格的间歇转位关系这一难题,实现了药品的分装运动,使自动生产线上粉针药品分装更加流畅,对保证药品质量、提高生产率起到积极作用。
The design of Geneva mechanism which used in air-powder dosing machine is introduced. Serious relationship between the indexing disk and the dosing nozzle is achieved by the usage of this mechanism. The automatic powder dosing production line equipped with this mechanism works well. This mechanism plays an important role in guaranteeing product quality and increasing productivity.
