摘要 采用医学生扮演标准化病人(SP),模拟患者临床症状、体征、辅助检查、就医场景、人文素质等。通过临床观察,背景设计,模拟脚本编写,培训及考核来提高模拟水平。在客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)中,SP的模拟逼真度满意率为96.1%。培训医学生作为SP是完成基于SP的OSCE的选择之一。 Standardized patients, acted by senior medical students, simulate the patients' clinic features, sign, diagnostic examination, medical environment, individual character, etc. The authors have made some steps, including clinic observation, background design, script preparation, training and assessment, to improve the level of simulation. In objective structured clinical examination, the percent of satisfaction about the fidelity of standardized patient is 96.1%. The medical students acting as standardized patients may be a good choice for objective structured clinical examination.
