摘要 目的:研究ECS模拟人在心肺复苏教学中的应用效果,为提高医学生的诊疗技能寻找一种有效的临床教学方式。方法:在长海医院实习生和住院医生的心肺复苏教学中,引入ECS模拟人进行技能培训并考核,课程结束后采用问卷调查方式收集学生对这种新教学方式的评价。结果:经过ECS模拟人培训后,心肺复苏单项技能考核通过率为95.2%,模拟程序综合演练考核通过率为84.1%。90%以上学生认为这种教学方式更能调动学习热情,显著提高临床操作技能,还可强化团队合作精神。结论:以ECS模拟人为载体的新教学方式,可为医学生提供良好的操作机会,弥补了传统教学的薄弱环节,有助于医学生熟练掌握心肺复苏操作技能,提高临床救治成功率。 Objective: To investigate the effect of emergency care simulator (ECS) in skills training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, to find an effective way of clinical teaching to enhance the integrated skills of medical students. Methods: With the application of ECS in the clinical teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for interns and residents, the effectiveness of this new teaching method was evaluated by the way of examination and questionnaire survey. Results: with the training of ECS, the pass rate of single skill of eardiopulmonary resuscitation was 95. 2%, and the pass rate of comprehensive simulating training program was 84.1%. More than 90% of the students approved of this new teaching method, which could significantly attract the learning interest, improve the clinical skills and thinking ability, strengthen the group cooperation. Conclusions: The new teaching method, with ECS as the carrier, provides the opportunities for students and improves the weak part of traditional teaching. It is also helpful for students to master the clinical skills of cardiopulmonaty resuscitation and raise the success rate.
