摘要 目的:通过完善与建立临床护理教学质量评价体系,促进临床护理教学质量的持续改进和提高。方法:成立护理临床实习质量管理体系,制订各种评价表,在06年-08年临床护理教学中使用新的评价系统。结果:护生对临床教学工作满意度提高,带教老师教学意识增强。结论:系统的教学质量评价在临床带教能增强教学竞争意识,起到反馈、调节、发挥积极导向作用,从而提高临床教学质量。 Objective: To promote the continuous enhancement and improvement of the clinical nursing teaching quality by establishing and applying the clinical nursing teaching evaluation system. Method: Nursing clinical intern quality control system was established and the evaluation form was developed, and during the years of 2006 to 2008, the new evaluation system was used in clinical nursing teaching. Result: The degree of satisfaction regarding teaching of the nursing students is increased; and the teaching awareness of the supervising teachers is enhanced. Conclusion: Systematized clinical nursing evaluation system can offer a comprehensive clinical teaching effect, enhance the teaching eompetitive awareness, exert a positive guidance function, and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
