中西部农村地区公共卫生服务职能履行状况比较

A Study on the Status of Public Health Functions in Rural Areas of Central and Western Regions

目的:了解我国中西部农村地区公共卫生服务职能的履行现状。方法:在中、西部地区选取样本县搜集数据,运用SPSS软件进行描述性分析。结果:我国中西部农村地区履行状况不佳的公共卫生职能主要有卫生监督、健康教育等;总体上看,西部样本地区公共卫生职能履行状况优于中部样本地区。结论:通过明确农村公共卫生投入的财政职责,为公共卫生服务职能的履行提供可持续的保障;重点改善中部农村地区的公共卫生筹资能力,探索基本公共卫生服务的绩效管理模式。

Objective：To find the status of public health functions in rural areas of central and western regions.Methods：The data of sample countries in central and western regions was collected and analyzed by SPSS software.Results：The completions of public health functions are bad in fields such as health supervision and health education and so on.ln general,the western countries performed better than the central countries in the functions of public health.Conclusions：First,the inputs should be improved to ensure the resources used in the implementation of public health functions.Second,it is important to improve the fiscal capacity of public health in the rural areas of central regions.What＇s more,the performance improvement models and tools should be explored in the basic public health services.
