摘要
台湾地区民营医院发展迅速,随着医疗法的修正,民营医疗机构管理的各项制度日趋完善。医疗社团法人的设立使得台湾地区的民营医疗机构在法律上享有独立的法人地位,而且还解决了私立医院继续经营、继承、以及合伙等诸多法律问题。台湾地区相对完善的民营医疗机构管理法律对完善我国民营医疗机构管理有着重要的借鉴作用。
With the development of the private hospital and modification of medicine law in Taiwan,the medical institutions are more perfect than before.Now the medical juridical association is a independent legal entity in Taiwan.The independent legal person status makes the private hospital can easily solve the legal problems,such as keep on operating,inheritance and partnership of private hospitals.The realativaly complete management laws in private medical institutions in Taiwan makes us to know how to improve the institutions in our country.
