A Survey of the Status of Requirement About English Course in a Medical College

目的:通过学生对医学英语教学的需求,发现医学英语教学中存在的问题,为医学英语教学改革提供依据。方法:采用调查问卷法,了解对医学英语课程的课时量、教学形式、教学内容和考试方式等方面的需求。结果:绝大多数学生认为医学英语教学的课时比例、教学方法和教学内容等方面不能很好满足需求。结论:加快医学英语教学改革以满足学生的学习需求。

Objective：To provide a basis for medical English teaching reform by fmd out the problems in English teaching through the need of students.Methods：Study the amount of hours of English courses,teaching methods,teaching contents and examination methods needs by questionnaire.Results：Most of the students suggest that demand about the amount of hours of English courses,teaching methods,teaching contents can＇t be met.Conclusions：It is important to speed up the reform of English teaching so as to meet the students＇need.
