摘要
分析了伸缩臂叉车转向的形式和特点,研究了伸缩臂叉车转向系统的组成及各组成部分的设计功能,设计了伸缩臂叉车负荷传感转向系统。分析了负荷传感转向系统液压原理及系统的特点。所设计的负荷传感转向系统满足伸缩臂叉车多种转向方式的要求,实现了节约伸缩臂叉车液压系统能量的目的。
The paper analyzes the form and characteristics of the telescopic boom forklift truck, studies the steering system composition and the design functions of the parts of the steering system. It also presents design of the load sensing steering system for the telescopic boom forklift truck and its hydraulic working principle and characteristics. This load sensing steering system can meet the steering requirements of the telescopic boom forklift truck and can save the steering energy of the hydraulic system.
