消费者观察倾向及其影响因素评述

摘要 面对复杂的品牌选择环境,为了可以经济、快捷而又准确地做出决策,消费者把观察其他消费者的购买行为作为一种启发式策略。本文从消费者观察倾向的影响因素着手,查阅了研究消费者行为的大量中外文献,并按照每一因素与消费者观察倾向的关系归类,力求对消费者观察倾向的影响因素做一个全面的分析。
