摘要
把野生二粒小麦的黑壳、黑芒和茎叶紫色基因导入黑粒普通小麦中,育成植株茎叶紫色、黑粒、黑壳、黑芒的2个冬性全黑小麦。全黑冬05-7263粗蛋白、硒、锌、铁、钙、氨基酸含量分别比对照晋麦67号高16.65%,460%,39.78%,236.57%,43.14%,21.96%;全黑冬06-4210粗蛋白含量高达24.1%,粗蛋白、硒、锌、铁、钙、氨基酸含量分别比对照晋麦67号高46.42%,460%,52.40%,89.68%,31.37%,47.71%。这表明导入野生二粒小麦的黑壳、黑芒等黑色基因可较显著地提高黑粒小麦的营养成分。
Two all black wheat with purpole stem/leaf, black seed, shell and awn were got through purple gene introduction from wild cromer wheat into black seed common wheat. The results showed: the content of crude protein, Se, Zn, Fe, Ca and amino acid of all black winter 05-7263 wheat were 16.65%, 460%, 39.78%, 236.57%, 43.14% and 21.96% higher than those in the control Jinmai 67; the crude protein was as high as 24.1% in all black winter 06-4210 wheat and the crude protein, Se, Zn, Fe, Ca and amino acid were 46.42%, 460%, 52.40%, 89.68% ,31.37% and 47.71% higher than those in the control Gao Jinmai 67. It suggested that the black gene introduction of black shell, awn and so on from wild emmer wheat could remarkablly improve nutrition value of black seed wheat.
